The New Roles of Men and Women and Implications for Families and Societies
The project Gendered Transition to Parenthood is part of Work Package 3, entitled “The new roles of men and women and implications for families and societies”.
The general objective of this Work Package is to address the complex interplay between new roles of men and women and the diversity of family life courses in contemporary Europe.

• gendered transition to parenthood
• new gender roles in doing families
• coping strategies in family and work reconciliation under conditions of
uncertainty and precariousness
